Cape Malay Cooking Classes

Join us at Impangele Lodge, situated on Letamo Game Farm in the Cradle of Humankind, for a fun-filled cooking experience - learn to create traditional, uniquely South African, Cape Malay dishes - such as breyani, denning vleis, bobotie, pickled fish, smoors, bredie, masala leg of lamb, curry... Enjoy a hands-on encounter cooking with fresh produce and time-honoured spices in a warm, friendly and matchless environment. And when you have created your culinary masterpiece, learn how to dress your table and share your meal with a friend or partner.

Every Wednesday for lunch or supper.

Lunch : 9am to 1pm - (partner to arrive at 12.30pm)
Dinner : 4pm to 8pm - (partner to arrive at 7.30pm)
